The Medicine Wheel: a Center for Self Healing
Begin your Spiritual Healing Journey today!

With a World Wide focus over the next two years on healing, Thunder Mountain has begun preparation to launch a new series of wholistic and native-based healing sessions! It is our common belief that by teaching people that healing comes from within, we can continue our mission to educate, while offering a native cultural healing atmosphere. Beginning with a joint venture between Thunder Mountain Lenapé and Martello Hair Care (Dairy Queen Plaza, Delmont, Pennsylvania), we are offering appointment-based shiatsu treatments, energy and cell healing, massage therapy, guided meditation, and stone & gem healing sessions.

Thunder Mountain Buying Club

The Thunder Mountain Lenapé Nation has established a buying club which is now open to the public.  This is an opportunity for the general public to purchase locally produced, farm fresh, organically grown food. Part of making a commitment to good health is to make a commitment to eating healthier.

The buying club list can be found here, and contains many products that are grown and raised here in Pennsylvania. These products are typically organic, and contain little to no preservatives. Buying Club orders can be picked up at the Medicine Wheel Center on the third Sunday of each month between 1-4pm.

World Wide Wheel

Much has been talked about, written about and discussed about the solstice on December 21, 2012. The solstice, for many cultures is an important time of celebration. For many this particular solstice is being looked to as something of extra significance.

Nearly a year ago, Thunder Mountain Lenapé Nation began working with the medicine wheel. As if the gift of the medicine wheel garden wasn’t great enough,  a vision came to us to facilitate the creation of a world wide wheel. A concept that would allow us to reach out to people all around the world.

The concept is to use stones to create a wheel that spans every country, every culture and every religion. The medicine wheel is a way to create a sacred space and a place of healing. By holding stones around the world, the wheel would, in essence, span the earth, and become a way to remind all that the earth itself is a sacred space.
